What Training Does AWBC Provide?

AWBC is committed to delivering training that facilitates the growth of Women's Business Centers to empower them to further impact enterprising women across the United States. AWBC partners closely with the United States Small Business Administration (SBA) to offer real-time training via webinar and at the Annual Conference. In addition, AWBC seeks the expertise of trainers in leadership development, customer service, financial systems, entrepreneurial development and much, much, more! 

And, thanks to partners like ADP and S&P Global Foundation, AWBC has expanded it's training into areas such as HR Compliance and Historically Black Colleges. 

 

What is AWBC's Vision for Future Training?

AWBC recognizes that on-demand training is essential for the WBC Director, the business leader and the aspiring professional. As such, AWBC is currently designing a comprehensive curriculum, How to Run a Successful WBC, while simultaneously seeking sustainable funding for such a program.
